Who can apply for TPS co-production platform?

The program is open to feature-length fiction film projects of 1st and 2nd time filmmakers coming from Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Greece, Turkey and Georgia.

The project can be in different stages of development, but a first draft of the script should be available during the industry event in Transilvania IFF on June 6th.

The project must have at least 15% of the budget secured.

To be eligible, projects must be designed from the outset as a European co-production, other than in purely financial terms, between at least two member states of the Eurimages Fund (ideally, but not mandatory, between states from the countries mentioned eligible).

How does TPS work?

An international selection committee will be nominated and up to 12-feature film projects will be invited for TPS. From these 12, up to 2 are Romanian and Moldavian projects participating in the TPS development workshop.

Once a project is selected, the director and producer are invited for the TIFF industry events on June 7th and 8th.

Attending the public presentations, one-to-one meetings and discussions is mandatory.

All participating projects will be showcased in a projects' booklet.

All awarded projects must mention in their ending credits: “presented in the Transilvania Pitch Stop” together with official logo. The logo will be sent upon request.
