Ticketing policy TIFF.19

Tickets can be purchased ONLINE starting July 22 at tiff.eventbook.ro or through the TIFF 2020 mobile app. Tickets purchased online or directly through the app are subject to the same rules presented in the festival's official ticketing policy.

From July 27, tickets can be bought in person from the TIFF Box Offices in UNIRII SQUARE.

Box Office Opening Times:

Monday, July 27 — Thursday, July 30: 10AM – 8PM

Friday, July 31 – Sunday, August 9: 9AM Midnight

We recommend purchasing tickets online in order to help prevent the spread of the new Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Physical ticket sales go through our box office in Unirii Square exclusively throughout the festival as per the above schedule.

All badge holders must reserve a zero-value ticket online at tiff.eventbook.ro or through our box office.

For the free screenings, a zero-value ticket must be reserved in advance.

In case of sold-out screenings, we recommend though checking the availability of extra-tickets two hours before the screening, when the possible remaining vacancies will be put back on sale.

For your own safety, we will operate an observational triage and will not allow anyone presenting symptoms of respiratory tract infection (cough, sneezes, rhinorrhea). We will be carrying out temperature checks. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who refuses to have their temperature checked or whose temperature is over 37.3°C. Face masks are compulsory throughout the event!

Observance of the distancing of a minimum of 1.5 m is compulsory from entrance to the event until departure from the venue. Spectators are not allowed to move chairs or change the seat layout.

We recommend that you bring a mask and hand sanitizer, and should there be adverse weather conditions, consider bringing a rain coat and blanket.

The films may contain sex, violence or strong language, and as such we recommend checking each film description in the festival programme before purchasing tickets.

Tickets cannot be cancelled, voided, or changed. Refunds are provided only if the screening is cancelled in advance, due to technical issues, extreme weather conditions or other force majeure situations. Please check tiff.ro or tiff.eventbook.ro for details regarding rescheduling.

Tickets will not be refunded if the weather conditions deteriorate once the screening has started.

Unused tickets included in packages are not refunded.
