Masterclass Christine Vachon
Christine Vachon, founder of the legendary Killer Films production company, will lead another master class at TIFF 2012. Ranking among her recent achievements is the HBO 5 episode mini-series Mildred Pierce, which will be screened in a marathon program during the 11th edition of the festival. The first feature film produced by Christine Vachon, Todd Haynes's Poison, won Grand Jury Prize in Sundance 1991. Far from Heaven, Boys don't Cry or Velvet Goldmine are other titles produced by Vachon.
