Balazs Bodolai

Date of birth: December 2, 1980

Graduated from Targu-Mures’ Theatre University„Szentgyörgyi István” – Acting department. He’s a member of the Hungarian Theatre in Cluj-Napoca. He worked with famed theatre directors such as Tompa Gábor, Andrei Şerban, Robert Woodruff, Silviu Purcărete, Alexey Levinskiy. He attended workshops supervised by Yoshi Oida, David Esrig, Andrei Şerban, Jean-Jacques Lemetre etc. A two-time Uniter nominee (2005 – Best Debut, 2012 – Best Supporting Actor), in 2005 he received the „Teplánszky” Award for “Young Hope” at the Theatre Festival in Kisvárda, Hungary and the „Hunyadi László” award.
