The Unmasking

The “Piteşti phenomenon”, known as the most cruel and inhumane repressive action from our recent history, is reenacted step by step by those who lived it. Six of the victims who survived the tortures and blasphemies recollect with emotion, pain, but also with serenity and sometimes with humour, all the moments they were forced to experience to satisfy their aggressors’ sadist pleasure.
