Besence is a small village in southern Hungary with 126 inhabitants, one pub and sleepy days. Or at least it was, until Mayor Ignác used a European Union grant to build tennis courts and a melon farm. Will the locals become regional tennis champions? Can the farm alleviate the 98% unemployment rate? And how many balls must be fired to snap the village out of its lethargy? The only certain thing is that tennis coach Kari won't have an easy job.
