In August 1983, architect Dinu Neagu, his wife and two children spend a few days on a nude beach near an industrial area. Dinu is arrested and taken to the Bucharest police office, where he is put in a cell together with Vali, a collaborator of the Securitate. As days go by, things will get more and more absurd… World premiere at TIFF!
