Projects Selected for the Fifth Edition of the Drama Room

The fifth edition of the Drama Room program, dedicated to directors, screenwriters, and producers looking to develop series or mini-series, has announced its selected projects. Their creators will participate in the Drama Room program taking place on June 19–20, part of RO Days | Industry Events, during the 24th edition of the Transilvania International Film Festival (June 13–22, 2025, Cluj-Napoca), where they will prepare to present their projects in front of a professional jury and international industry professionals.

The lead tutor of Drama Room 2025 is Bonnie Williams, a communication and pitch consultant with international experience in the audiovisual industry. She supports professionals through workshops, mentoring, and collaborations with prestigious festivals and institutes (Series Mania, IDFA, Serial Killer Festival), helping them convey their messages with clarity, impact, and authenticity.

On June 20, the selected participants will pitch their projects during a session open to industry professionals. The jury, consisting of Gabriela Iacob (Head of Scripted Content – PRO TV), Vinca Wiedemann (producer, educationalist and script consultant), and Emmanuel Eckert (acquisition executive, producer and content strategist), will grant one project the Best Series Project Award, offered by PRO TV. The award includes a development agreement for the winning project.
