Marathon screening „Paradise” (d. Ulrich Seidl)
A must see in the 7th day of Transilvania IFF is the „Paradise” trilogy: Love, Faith, Hope (d. Ulrich Seidl), at Arta Cinema, at 10.00.
The protagonists of the three films are three women whose stories offer Seidl the perfect pretext to look at different worlds. In Paradise: Love (Cannes 2012), a woman goes to Kenya for sexual tourism; in Paradise: Faith (Special Jury Prize – Venice 2012), another woman starts preaching Catholicism; lastly, in Paradise: Hope (Berlin 2013), a third woman joins a weightwatchers camp.
