Cine-concert “360° on the Hans Richter Scale”
Hans Richter silent shorts projected with live accompaniment
A moving black and white portrait of a surprising and entirely original artist German artist consists of all Hans Richter’s extant shorts from between 1921 and 1931 . Images from his life and work blend with live readings from his writings on esthetics, in the “voice of the movies” in Romania, Irina Margareta Nistor.
The screening will be accompanied by original music by CelloFun, an electro-acoustic formula created especially for silent film out of the common vision on freedom of expression and the passion for experimental cinema of Attila J. Szabó, Alexandra Andrieş and Radu Rădescu.
