The Mono Jacks means Doru Trăscău (vocals, guitar), Dragoș Strat (guitar), Alex 'Grim' Tomescu (bass) and Mihai Popescu (drums).
The band returned to the stage in spring 2015, in a new line-up, after a year and a half hiatus.
The Mono Jacks came into being in the fall of 2008 at the initiative of Doru Trăscău (AB4) and taking its inspiration from the band Interpol. The excellent debut propelled the band as one of the big names of the Romanian new wave of alternative music, more specifically Brit-indie-rock.
The Mono Jacks released an album and two EPs, has several hits and a strong live performance demonstrated in dozens of concerts. Their latest single is titled Tablou.
