Sara Pongrac graduated Acting from the Faculty of Theatre and Film at Babeș-Bolyai University în Cluj-Napoca, in 2022, and is currently doing a master’s degree at Faculty of Fine Arts, Photo-Video section, at the University of Arts and Design. She is both a founding member and an actress in the independent company Les Chobeaux Theatre which she founded together with her colleagues from the Faculty of Theatre and Film, and which focuses on theatre performances and workshops with children from underdeveloped areas from a cultural point of view.
Sara Pongrac took part in her first performance at the age of 16, collaborating with the director Zeljka Gita Blak (Croatia). Currently, she is an independent actress, but she has performed in theatres such as National Theater Cluj-Napoca, Maior Gheorghe Pastia Theater, Aureliu Manea National Theater, Puppet Theater Puck and collaborated with independent spaces, Ziz Art Social Area, Maidan Creation Center, Magic Puppet.
