Ecaterina Lupu graduated from the Faculty of Acting at UNATC “I.L. Caragiale” in 2019, under the guidance of Mihaela Sîrbu, and completed her master’s studies at the same university in 2021. She is employed as an actress at the Constanța State Theatre, where she has performed in productions such as Lasă-mă să intru (directed by Vlad Cristache), Jocuri în curtea din spate (directed by Diana Mititelu), Doi tineri din Verona (directed by Alexandru Mâzgăreanu), 8 tați (directed by Irisz Kovacs), Seaside Stories (directed by Radu Afrim), Universuri paralele (directed by Radu Iacoban), Trilogie belgrădeană (directed by Erwin Șimșensohn), A douăsprezecea noapte (directed by Andrei Șerban), Casa Bernardei Alba (directed by Diana Mititelu), Memoria Apei (directed by Vladimir Anton), 10 lucruri pe care le-am pierdut la Festivalul Mamaia (directed by Gabriel Sandu, Elena Morar), and Prometeu (directed by Tompa Gabor). Additionally, she has performed in Libretto Solitudine (directed by Matei Lucaci-Grunberg) at Teatrul Infinit, and in Portugalia (directed by Victor Ioan Frunză) at Teatrul Metropolis.
