Norwegian Night: "Beatles" screening, Jonas Alaska and Einar Stray Orchestra concerts
Within the focus on Norway at Transilvania IFF 2015, the evening of Tuesday, June 2, at the Student Culture House, comes with a film and two concerts with a Scandinavian vibe and with free entrance. From 6.30pm the evening starts with a screening of Beatles (d. Peter Flinth), the tender and amuzing story of the friendship between four youngsters from Oslo, during the Beatlemania of the 60s. From 10pm, Jonas Alaska will light up the room with folk-pop anthems. The musician is renowned for his highly personal lyrics and extremely catchy tunes. In Cluj he will sing with Billie Van, bringing a rockabilly touch. From 11pm, one of the most interesting bands of the last few years - Einar Stray Orchestra, o mini-orchestra of five young Norwegians, who combine their playful indie-pop sounds with the complexity of post-rock.
