A Romanian actor in his fourties faces the challenge of his life when torn between a complex part in a musical, a depressed and pathologically jealous wife, and the obsession of an imminent, devastating earthquake. In these circumstances, he becomes the willing victim of his amoral, manipulative father who appears in his life for the very first time.
