Let the River Flow

In the late 1970s, the Norwegian government decides to displace the Alta River. The Sámi people, the indigenous people of the northern part of the Scandinavian Peninsula, fight the decision. Ester, a young girl originally ashamed of her roots, has to embrace her heritage to help fight for the rights of her people.
