An Italian menu inspired by the classic recipes of Marcella Hazan – simple, authentic, soulful dishes: grilled artichokes, lasagna, risotto, and other delights “just like at Mama Marcella’s home.” Cristian Hordilă, TIFF manager and gastronomy enthusiast, returns to Film Food as guest-chef, alongside Horia Șimon, for a dinner inspired by the simplicity and elegance of authentic Italian cuisine. Șimon is a Cluj-based chef with international experience, passionate about the modern reinterpretation of traditional recipes. He creates authentic and surprising culinary experiences, always with a focus on local ingredients and the emotion of taste.
