Greatest Clicks

13-22 June, 10 PM-6 PM, Art Museum

Artist Talk with photographer Hajdu Tamás - Tuesday, June 17, 6PM.

Greatest Clicks seems, at first glance, a post-communist fiction – a surreal collage of implausible scenes, taken as if from an auteur film. And yet, nothing is invented. It is pure, raw and undirected reality, captured as it happens: spontaneous, absurd, often hilarious, sometimes disturbing. It is a visual chronicle of the present lived in Romania, where the banal meets the ridiculous daily, and the grotesque becomes the norm. Each image is a piece of urban truth, a fragment of a reality that defies logic, but which is as authentic as possible.
