For junior high schooler Yuichi Sumida, his only wish in life is to become an ordinary and normal man. Having no big dream but hoping to live without bothering anybody. One night, however, he does something irreparable. Realising that he can never become the person he has always aspired to be, Sumida becomes obsessed with taking sanctions against potentially more evil people than him in society.
