Rebel, rebel is a glimpse into the worlds of two seemingly unrelated fourteen year old girls. One has been deprived of contact with her real parents, while the other avoids them by hanging out with a gang of skaters. Both of them seem to fit in better with “the boys”. Standing out from other kids their age, Delia and Silvia are outsiders as much as they are rebels. Dealing with romantic feelings or with issues of belonging, the girls struggle with adolescence in a small town of Romania. What unites them?
