Casting for Directors and Producers

One of the most influent casting agents of the moment, Nancy Bishop (USA), nominated for an Emmy for her casting for Anne Frank: The Whole Story and with over 80 international productions in her portfolio, will give a masterclass open to the general audience, with free entrance. Nancy Bishop has worked, among others, for films such as Mission Impossible IV, Child 44 (produced by Ridley Scott), Oliver (d. Roman Polanski) or The Novermber Man, with Pierce Brosnan.
Acting and directing graduate at the University of Michigan, Bishop moved to Prague in the 90s, where she founded the Acting for Film programme at the Prague Film School. She is the author of the book "Secrets from the Casting Coach: On Camera Strategies for Actors from a Casting Director", and she will soon release the volume "Auditioning for Film and TV". She gives seminars and masterclasses in prestigious universities all around the world. At Transilvania IFF she also gives a workshop for the actors selected in 10 for FILM.
