"North Korea- Nothing to Envy"

War Correspondent Adelin Petrisor speaks about his North Koreean experience

At 20.30 at Casa TIFF , Adelin Petrișor, the only Romanian journalist who had a chance to film in North Korea; capital Pyongyang, invites the public at a debate on the subject of „North Korea- nothing to envy”, about the world’s most secluded country. The journalist wil present a TV report and a series of photos taken at the 100 Anniversary of Kim Ir Sen birth.

Is one of the most renowned Romanian journalists. He started his career in 1994 and the radio station 2M+, he worked for Tele 7abc, TVR, Antena 1 and Realitatea TV. Now he is special correspondent of TVR. He made reports from Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Israel, Algeria, and Albania and he was the only Romanian correspondent who transmitted live from Baghdad during the American offensive in Iraq. He is the author of two volumes: War Correspondent (Humanitas, 2007) and My Wars (Polirom 2010).
