The actors selected for the new Transilvania IFF project will be in the spot light Thursday June 7 at 18.00 at Cinema Florin Piersic, before the screening of Twilight Portrait (d. Angelina Nikonova)
During the tfestival, the ten chosen actors: Cristian Balint, Colin Buzoianu, Lari Giorgescu, Cristian Grosu, Lucreţia Mandric, Maria Obretin, Pethő Anikó, Elena Popa, Olga Török, Raluca Vermeşan and the two Rising Stars Vlad Bălan şi Mădălina Ciotea will meet directors and producers, casting agents and other people from film industry.
The actors will speak about their experience in the program during the press conference scheduled for Thursday, June 7 at 12.00 at Bastionul Croitorilor. In the same evening they will attend the screenings of Somewhere in Palilula (d. Silviu Purcărete), la Casa de Cultură a Studenților, and Hasta la vista! (d. Geoffrey Enthoven) in Ursus Open Air.
Friday at 13.00 they will meet at Casa TIFF with the actors from Somewhere in Palilula (George Mihăiţă, Constantin Chiriac și Dimény Áron) and Saturday at 11.00 at Art Museum they will discuss with the cast from Hasta la vista!
The selected actors in “10 for Film” will find the insides of film industry from professionals attending the festival. Director Cristi Puiu, Ugo Broussot, actors Ion Caramitru, Dan Nuțu, Andi Vasluianu și Dorian Boguță, casting agents Emil Slotea, Cătălin Dordea şi Molnár Levente, și producer Ada Solomon will tell them the unwritten laws in cinema.
