When the Hullabaloos head to Helsinki to celebrate the birthday of their twin boys Mökö and Luru, a hilarious mix-up leads to their beloved dog Pulla being swapped with the President’s pooch. As the boys embark upon a mission to get their dog back, the parents must come up with a plan to bring the entire family back together.
